Ice was born in Mexico. He was a Baby whose mom died while giving birth and went to an orphanage. Ice had the worst life there he was getting beaten every day so Ice decided to leave the orphanage after looking for a place to live he found children like him who didn't have houses or parents but they lived with criminals and he taught them how to steal and they help him in his heists and Ice joined them and he got to be the biggest criminal in Mexico after long time Ice wanted to have more and more money so he decided to travel to Los Santos But he got kidnapped taken to the most dangerous gang in all of Los Santos. Giving him the welcome of Los Santos ,Ice decided to join them. Years later, he was appointed as the new gang leader. A few more years passed. The gang got raided by SWAT and FIB and Ice was arrested. And then he knew it: they won't kill him so after long hours of interrogation Ice decided to make a deal with the Attorney General and he got surgery and changed his face and his voice to make him a new person.
Career Story:
After all the new changes and the new ID Ice joined FIB and learned a lot and got to be one of the best agents he decided to leave FIB and get a better position in Government Ice started reflecting on his great skills and especially his leadership skills and his professionalism. Ice started ranking slowly and not only did he want to be an agent but a known lawyer so after hard work Ice got promoted to IA director leading the Government internally then Ice started thinking of abusing his rank and getting more money and power and decided to turn to the corrupt way.
outcomes:
1. Ice can take bribes for anything that needs to be done for example removing the stars from a wanted criminal, smuggling a prisoner from the DOC, reducing the sentence, or increasing the sentence. (( remove prisoner from doc will be done through the dark net ))
2. Ice can act like criminals for example go for ghetto clap and buy/sell/use illegal stuff.
3. Ice can arrest the People Who hate them and give them fake charges and break their Bodycam with the Right Commands ( /try Search for /do break it. )
4. Ice can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer.
5. Ice Can turn a blind eye if someone in his family or friends is doing something illegal on the streets.
