I have been playing in state organization without doing any rule break, helping this city. But today I see I am blacklisted for apparently 5 months and I don't know why. Can you please atleast tell me what I did wrong and can you please forgive me since I am sure I didn't do any intentional rule break. I've always been active, helping citizens standing in front of capitol and hiring and training them for so many months.
