Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I want to be leader of this specific organization because when I came to city only my goal was to take bloods term because I love Blood Street gang straight from my heart but at that time the application of Bloods were not open so I took marabunta term I was doing good but then I did some mistakes and I lost but I learned from my mistakes and now I think I am capable of being a good leader
From my last term as you all know in activity I was very good and in Bloods for me thats more easy to do Activity Because like me other people also love Bloods and they come to join this Gang
I want to say that in my POV Gangs are not active as before People don't wanna do IC events so if I get leadership I will Give Max Bonuses and make the Rp events like they were active before
Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization
1: I think there should be a salary system too in gangs so Gang members also earn something from the organization too
2: I think the store robbery should give prize money like 1 mil instead of Tv and useless stuff because no one collects that.
3: Gang members should have alliance with other gangs so they can help each other in bad times.
4: Minimum rank to join a gang must be 10 like City 1 so we only get experience and good people who have knowledge
