2. Why I want to be the leader of Bloods
I’ve been in the city long enough to understand how gangs work, and I think I’m at a point where I can take on the responsibility of leading Bloods. My experience has taught me everything I need to know about turfs, events, and keeping a gang active. I know the difference between just “holding the rank” and actually leading a team to success.
I want Bloods to be fully turf-focused. A lot of leaders come in, do good for a few days, then either disband or stop caring. My goal is to run a solid, organized term where every turf is covered and Bloods stands as the dominant force.
I already have a proper team ready. The people around me are active, experienced, and motivated. Even if I’m not online, my deputies will handle everything turfs, events, robberies so Bloods never goes missing in action.
I keep things clean. Too many leaders throw away their term by breaking rules or getting warnings for dumb reasons. My punishment history is clear, and I take the rules seriously. Bloods under me won’t be the gang that gives admins a headache.
I care about new members. A lot of people join gangs for the first time and their experience depends on how the leader runs it. I want to give them a good introduction to gang RP , fun events, and a real sense of belonging.
3. My way of improving RP in Bloods
No toxicity. Respect for everyone, whether it’s another gang, cops, or civilians.
Every member follows RP rules, no exceptions.
Better RP in hostage situations, store robberies, and gun store robberies – not just rushing, but creating proper scenarios.
Attending every event, turf, cland, battleship, FZ raid with numbers.
Making sure every member uses RP commands during situations.
Not hitting the same store or gun store locations repeatedly – we’ll keep RP creative and fresh.

Maintain 20k spray bonus per hour to keep activity high.
Make Bloods the most feared and respected gang in the ghetto.
Have the largest presence in events, clands, and FZ raids.
Build a solid core of active members who actually enjoy gang instead of just chasing ranks.
