1.) Leadership Qualities: I am confident in my leadership abilities and committed to maintaining the organization's smooth and effective operations. I am able at detecting problems early on and fixing them correctly. My skills enables me to step up and take on work without hesitation, so contributing to the Bloods' strong, productive, and well-organized workplace.
2.) Making an Impact: As a leader, I am confident in my ability to significantly impact the Bloods. My goal is to keep the organization robust and respected. With my experience, strategies, and clear vision, I will lead the Bloods to greater success while ensuring the gang's long-term stability and expansion.
3. Recognizing Past Mistakes: As a deputy leader in Marabunta, Families, and Ballas, I learned from the mistakes of previous leaders. I am dedicated to putting up persistent work and dedication to avoid making the same mistakes and instead focus on rising the Bloods to new heights of power and togetherness.
My advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization:
1. Strengthening Brotherhood: Prioritize gang ties over personal gain or law enforcement coercion. In previous terms, I returned several times to support my brothers and close friends during severe occasions. As a leader, I will ensure that the Bloods always prioritize family, fostering a sense of unity and loyalty in all situations.
2.) Active Leadership and Engagement: Previously, there was a lack of involvement from leaders during incidents such as store robberies, highway robberies, and NG raids. This often resulted in disorder. I will personally attend as many events as possible to directly guide and encourage every Bloods member on the field.
3.) sufficient Recruitment Process: Many gang leaders admitted new members without sufficient screening. To ensure quality roleplay and loyalty, I will use a fair yet demanding interview procedure. Only after a rigorous review will new members be admitted into the Bloods, guaranteeing that we bring in persons who share our goal and passion.
4.) Effective Deputy Leadership: Only capable, dependable, and trustworthy persons will be promoted to deputy positions. This ensures that all higher-ranking members can confidently lead and provide a good example for others.
