2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

1) I had the chance to serve as DHOD of Creative here in LifeInvader and even as CEO in another city, which gave me a complete experience of how the organisation works, from daily stuff to handling the bigger things. My time in these positions helped me grow into a leader who can manage effectively while staying connected with the team

2) Over time, I have seen what challenges employees and citizens face, whether it’s communication gaps or something specific. What I’ve learned so far makes me believe I can fix small issues that hold people back and create an environment where ideas and work both move forward.

3) I am someone who stays calm and respectful no matter the situation. I enjoy problem solving and guiding people, and I believe those skills can help bring out the best in the team. At the end of the day, I want LifeInvader to feel like a place where people are proud to work and citizens are excited to engage with.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

1) I’ll do my best to bring in fresh and exciting events that citizens enjoy taking part in and employees enjoy putting together.

2) I believe every department deserves equal importance. The Ads team will have enough members to make sure no ad is delayed and quality stays too. In Journalism team, We will post articles regularly also focusing on event coverage and interviews. And in the Creative team, we will make sure everyone gets a fair chance to contribute, showcase their skills, and highlight the quality of their work.

3) I’ll work with the HCs to put together simple, clear guides for each department, so new employees know exactly what to do from day one and we can keep things professional.

4) I think the HR system here isn’t working as well as it could, and I believe I can help fix those flaws and make it better.

5) There are also a few things that feel a bit outdated, and I’d like to work on updating them to bring everything up to current standards.

There are also a few more things I’d like to improve, but I’d prefer to work on them once I’m in a position to actually make those changes.
