2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
(i) I have been in Lifeinvader for more than six months, and in this time I got experience as DHOD of the Creative team. I feel it is now the right time to take a leadership role, to help Lifeinvader grow while also growing myself with the team.
(ii) As DHOD of Creative, I managed many tasks and projects, completed my goals on time, and showed my leadership skills by guiding my team when needed. My work and dedication were recognized with appreciation at Lifeinvader, which motivates me to take on more responsibility.
(iii) I will be looking forward to take leadership and I will also try my best to help Lifeinvader grow more. I also want future members to get the same chances to learn and succeed that Lifeinvader gave me.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1) In the Ads Team, I would like to improve the hiring process by making training more fair and easy so that citizens can join Lifeinvader who are keeping the dream of joining Ads team since a while. Another thing we can do is to make a better system to check and guide members, which will reduce mistakes and make sure the team does quality work.
2) In the Creative Team, I would like to improve training guidance in the Creative Academy because many newly joined citizens in Creative team cant understand their work. This made me realize we need to make the academy easier to understand, so that members can quickly learn the creative work. Another thing we can also do is to reduce delays in CNNs and broadcasts by adding a simple system by giving them specific time slots. And Creative team is already doing amazing work and I also want to make it even more better.
3) In the Journalism Team, I would like to focus on bringing in active and dedicated citizens who can keep writing good articles and i will also add new and fresh journalism templates to make the work easier and more creative. Along with that, I will improve bonuses to keep everyone motivated and make journalism more enjoyable for the whole team.
