Strong Leadership Mindset
As long as I can remember, I have enjoyed being in charge and directing groups, whether in real life situations or roleplaying. I want to utilize these inborn leadership qualities to encourage the Bloods Street Gang to success and dominance.
Experience in High Command
Having obtained High Command positions in legal and illegal groups, I now understand how groups actually function. But I discovered that command never is as satisfying as being the Leader. I would like to utilize my experience to create a new era of power and respect for the Bloods.
Commitment and Team Support
I am fully ready to perform this responsibility. I also have dedicated friends and allies who support me, so the Bloods Street Gang always has something solid and cohesive under my leadership.

3. Recommendations for Improving Roleplay in the Organization
Zero tolerance of rule violation.
Ranks below Deputy/Under Deputy will be activity and contribution-based; inactivity leads to demotion.
Ranks shall be strictly monitored by the Leader and Deputies to uphold strict discipline.
One another shall be respected by every member; no prejudice and partiality shall be shown.
Participation in activities is encouraged to enhance gang performance.
Bonuses and ammunition will always be distributed fairly and on time.
Daily routines and activities shall be arranged to ensure morale.
Any disrespect or altercation will be investigated by the leadership, and the transgressor will be blacklisted or penalized.
Internal disputes will be resolved directly by the Leader and Deputies to prevent gang damage.
