Hello,
I would like to sincerely apologize for my behavior. I was frustrated at the time, and I should not have said what I said. It was very stupid of me to mention someone’s parents, and I deeply regret that.
I also want to clarify that my words were directed only at one of the two players, and not at both of them. Afterwards, I explained this in-game and personally apologized to them, making it clear that the insult was not meant for both of them.
I understand that my actions were wrong, and I take full responsibility. I kindly ask you to reconsider my ban, as 20 days is a lot for me and I don’t have a twink account.
