Dear higher-up administrators,
Yesterday I posted a forum against ID 167566 which was accepted but he only got the punishment of CR. As far as I have played in en3, I have explored that to kill a person when you have his order you have to still give him demands or tell him that you have his bounty and now you are going to kill him. But as you can see this guy killed me randomly outside the Black Market without saying anything which I think is considered as a rule break. I cant remember if it's RDM or Fail Rp so that's why I put Rdm in my forum but the admin said it is not Rdm. I need you to recheck the forum and provide a clear answer to it if it is allowed or not amd give the person the correct punishment if it applies as well.
