2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


2.1 I want to apply for sahp leadership cuz i have experience around all of the department ( HWP , IA , PR , HRT , SWAT ) where i have been hc of all this departments and I have led whole GPs , events and did many more as a highcommand, As i was dhod of IA were all the casefiles have completed on time and the IA tasks. but as the hwp was down so i got changed the department to HWP Where after i started to led it we break many records as 12+ check points in 1 day and was so active under my Postion as HOD. I was so active highcommand from the last terms.

2.2 If i get the sahp leadership i will change a lot in org as main part i will get good hrt team where we recruit new citizens and train them well without any delay , as i saw in last terms where the main problem was hrts so it wont be a problem in my term. Also I want to make it clear there won’t be any favoritism during my term. Every rank will be earned. If someone puts in the work and proves they deserve it, they’ll get it simple as that and i want to change certain things like the internal rules of the sahp . I have fairly complete knowledge of the rules and responsibility that the postion of sahp leadership needs.

2.3 I will establish a rewards system to motivate the most deserving officers not only about bonuses but will highlight them in LI CNN , so this will encourage everyone to give their best whiles having good and respectfull work environment , We will start Air patrol units where they will fly on doc hw so we can predict the crimes and respond to it .

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 Conducting training sessions every week so that troopers do not lost their skills and which further develops them.
3.2 Promote radio communication by codes.
3.3 I will make a good relationship between all legal organizations
3.4 High bonus will be given.
3.5 I will conduct negotiation trainings so everyone will get to understand how to act quick in hostage sit.
