1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? I would like to help enforce the rules and make the city a better place for everyone. I personally run into many issues daily and the admins are always so busy they dont always have time to assist. I have time and want to make this server better.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial) None
3. What are your strengths? I am mature, enjoy rules and have worked in HR for 10 years giving me experience dealing with people that are upset and general moderation amongst many other things like community health/retention and recruitment.
4. What are your weaknesses? I dislike people that break rules and find it funny to hurt others. I find it a weakness as many find it funny and I feel I'm unable to understand their joy from hurting others which makes it difficult to understand them, I generally like to be able to understand everyone to better connect with them.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team? I have used many management tools, helped create structure, procedures, rules, etc. I've helped many people create communities from the ground up as well. I have a great work ethic and willing to put in the effort needed. For the 10 years in HR, I used a company organizer called Clickup to help track activity and tasks throughout the org helping lead and see who is where on a task easily. I've made countless documents and love to make them to help visualize and keep tasks accountable, and I work great with others.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin) yes
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment? No
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
I'm level 22 on this server and honestly the RP has been rough, I feel being a admin would be better for me as I want to enforce rules and actually make a difference in this server. I am 33 ooc and I live in the united states and I saw the ad was looking for people to cover nights, I have a very flexible schedule and can help cover the times you need I assume. I find more enjoyment from helping others than killing them in game so I really feel this position would be a perfect fit.
