2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to be the next leader of the Federal Investigation Bureau because in my opinion it is supposed to be the strongest organization in the city and It use to be to the point where when you heard FIB is coming, you would actually be scared but nowadays it has not much as strong as it should be for consistent terms and I want to change that!
During my time in the city I have been unofficial leader and leader of a gang many times and I have made the decision to change that up and to come back to state for a longer period of time and with more consistency to stop the criminals in the state and to bring back peace to the streets and neighborhoods of Los Santos!
Very recently I just finished my full term successfully in the Los Santos Police Department which was one of the best terms in LSPD and was able to maintain high activity and sufficient roleplay and very low rule breaks during the term since we received very little amounts of org punishments throughout the term and we were also able to maintain a high amount of numbers consistently throughout the term and such numbers and activity has not been seen in LSPD for over a year and after being able to do such things in LSPD it made me wonder what would happen if I were to try and do it in FIB instead of LSPD to see how strong the term would be and how much numbers we would with great roleplay ideas and teamwork and strategizing with other state organizations to ensure public safety and wellness for all!
Another reason that I am applying for FIB is because this is one of my most, if not, my most favorite organization in the entire city due to its uniqueness and capabilities which allows its members to engage in various situations in roleplay with abilities that some other organizations might not have, a simple example of this would be when FIB is conducting raids on the black market or on gangs which are all exciting things to do as a LEO and I look forward to experiencing being the new FIB Director!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
All of our members of the departments will be working as a strong team together to make sure that everything is going well and being ran smoothly and so that there are no issues within the org.
Another advice that I have for improving the RolePlay level within organizations is to always be consistent, consistency is key!
Another thing that I strongly advise state organizations to take action upon is to host team based tactical trainings whether it is only with the members of the organization that they are apart of or even if its training with members of other organizations which can improve the quality and performance of state organizations which is a huge deal in order to make sure that state side is in its tip top shape and completing their tasks and performing their duties successfully without and trouble or difficulties that could create and sort of issue for anyone.
One last advice that I have in mind that can be a game changer in terms of leveling the roleplay is to engage with the public and citizens such as doing events that involves the people of the city where they can engage with others and meet new people and make new friends! Showing the people of Los Santos that they can lean back on FIB and depend on them for them and their friends and family members safety is important so that all citizens don't have any sense of danger in them and no fear of criminals and bandits that may be sneaking around the city that could lead up to potential harm or danger!
