2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- First i love being in SAHP, i was Undersheriff for a term i did my best on it, yet i feel like there is alot more to give to this org i had very very good experience as a LEO, i've been a deputy almost for every org except for NG/FIB/EMS/LI all other orgs i'm hoping that i can give more to this organization as much as i took experience from it .
- Second i want to give people what they deserve from bonuses money and the rank from activity i want help those who dont really know how to become a successful law enforcement officers and teach them to do things right so they can take place in leadership one day.
- Last but not least i want to serve and protect the city and its high way from gangsters and crime families who always trying to take what is ours i want to be successful for those who had faith on me and believed in me that i can be.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
first i will be working in my organization to make everyone following the penal code and COP improving the usage of radio codes and radio calles improving our city and high way patrols to its maximum potential then communications with other orgs has to be respectful and professional as it should be so no one actually get to come complain about SAHP officers or any other org not on my watch we will all be friendly and protective to each others life.
