2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I was a deputy in Families for the first time, and that gave me my first real experience as a leader. Later, I also had the chance to play and learn more on EN3 and EN1, which helped me understand different styles of leadership and how other organizations work. After that, I applied for Marabunta Leadership, and i got it , honestly that term was really good for me because I got even more experience, learned how to manage people better, and improved my RP.Now I want to take all that experience and bring it back to Families. I know how the gang works, I know the city, and I feel more ready than ever to take responsibility. My goal is not just to lead, but to make Families one of the strongest and most respected gangs in the city, with active members, good RP, and a solid reputation.
- In my mind, I will take responsibility for leading many events and keeping the gang active in the city. I plan to organize and participate in different situations such as hostage takings, store robberies, weapon rob, fz, and other scenarios that bring action and fun for everyone. I will also make sure to attend as many city events as possible, because I believe presence and activity are very important for a strong gang.
-As a leader, I will not tolerate toxicity or disrespect, because I want to build a fair and professional environment for my members. I will always try to make balanced and good decisions that protect both my gang and the overall roleplay quality in the city. My goal is to create a gang that is respected, feared, but also known for being organized and fair.
-I wanna lead this gang and manage all the events, Also keep the ghetto clean from other gangs, become a ghetto king as Families gang also as much as possible win all the graffiti war in the ghetto, To create a new order in the ghetto and be as active as possible to create strife like before.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-As much as possible keep requirements done so we can focus at making a different RP situations which is can improve the RP in the city, Such as hostage situation with the LEOs or taking a hostage LEOs with all other gangs as alliance or taking hostage from other gangs and fight with LEOs after the RP scenario.

-Keep the gang active and organized
-Create strong RP situations (hostages, robs, fz,etc)
-Avoid toxicity and keep respect
-Try to do a %100 turf
-Try to do above10k spray profits
-Organize unique events to improve roleplay in the city
