Dear Jonny Odds,

First of all, I sincerely apologize for making such a mistake and taking up your time.
I received a penalty for violating GR 1.8. I am truly sorry for violating this rule in the past and I admit that I was wrong.

I had previously opened a ticket to have my penalty removed. However, you did not accept this because there was nothing in my account that could be deleted. If there had been things to delete and you had deleted them, I would have started over from scratch. If you forgive me and lift my penalty, I will start over from scratch because I have no money or material assets. Moreover, I have been banned from the server for months and have been serving my penalty. I just want to come back.

As I said, I want to continue having fun with my friends on en1.
-Please permanently ban my twink account.
-However, please lift the permanent ban on my main account and allow me to spend time with my friends on the server again.
(If you do not lift my ban immediately based on your assessment, at least reduce it to a specific period.)
