He is the LSPD guy who does Corruption without the Corrupt bio. In Pov you can see he came suddenly came near DOC and Cuffed a person without no reason and he is running during he is dragging that guy which is PG. After he processed him I was asked for this ID but he ran and when I try to catch him he cuffed me and ran away. So I request reviewing admin to check the whole Pov !!
