After moving to San Andreas,
Osm Rais joined the FIB, quickly climbing the ranks. As they enforced the law and investigated criminal networks, they began to see flaws in the system and noticed corruption within federal law enforcement itself. This planted seeds of frustration, and their own ethics began to shift.
Determined to gain more power and control, they maneuvered into covert roles, operating in the shadows. They started manipulating investigations, exploiting weaknesses, and gathering classified information. Over time, they uncovered a conspiracy involving their family, pushing them further into corruption as they sought revenge.
Now, with access to the nation’s deepest secrets and immense power at their disposal, they are focused on settling old scores and reshaping the future of San Andreas to suit their own goals.
