Golu Phelewanu Born into a family of small-time fighters in India. he grew up around wrestling and men who believed that strength solved everything. His nickname Phelewanu stuck early—because whenever a fight take place out he was the first to step in and the last one standing.
After sometime when the things get uncontrolled and his fights started
Become bloody the things start getting worst because in fight he almost lost his life so he decided to leave and escape to los santos. In los santos he started doing crimes and after sometime he got arrested and after that he thought to stop the crime .
Career Story: After this golu started driving taxi in los santos and many other part time jobs but from that he didn't got much money
So after that he decided to join leos
And after many tries he got opportunity and FIB everyone thought that he has choosen the correct path but his intentions were to do something else he didn't forgot his past and as known he doesn't follow rules so and also he wasn't satisfied with salary so he decided to do corruption he contacted his previous crime partners and offer them deals of helping them and leaving them if he catch him in exchange of money and also can leak little info for money he can manage to be both side cops because of his skills.

1- golu can go to buy and sell ammo and guns from black market. ( Following GR6.3)
2- golu can rob/kill in the ghetto, or kidnap and rob/kill in secluded areas. (following GR 6.16, GH 1.8 and SR 5.5)
