2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
The state clearly needs change, and FIB is the leader of change. We are currently having issues with lack of RP and lack of fun, this needs to change and will change under my leadership.
I've built a team around me which will be an unstoppable force in the state. We'll be encouraging RP more than ever, we'll be paying for RP more then ever.
FIB will become more organised under my leadership, currently FIB agents are technically glorified cops and we'll give FIB actual roles inside the org, each agent will be on a mission towards something not just towards a shootout.
We'll act in a professional manner but in a stern manner where misbehaving wouldn't be tolerated. It's a privilege to be in FIB not a right and you'll need to make yourself valued to stay in organisation.
No ranks will be handed just because of ex-ranks, if you can't display value you won't be able to display a rank.
We'll be supporting other state organisations but we'll always prioritise FIB, were on our mission and will assist with others when possible.
Globals and locals will not become an actual emergency to attend. I've done a SAHP leadership term and it was great, but this was time back, since then I been in FIB on various ranks topping at Cos.
I then took a "extended break" from RP to assist in higher matters.
I'm not back in RP wanting to make the most out of my time and make the biggest difference I can do improve stuff. I have plans behind methods to obtain evidences and we'll go more into details should I get into interview.
Although I'm not the most active player in game, I will be hiring the most actives to assist in my term, our success will be the amount of quality we'll provide.
My deputies Mike and Billy are both well experienced and know how a decision should be made.
No irrational decisions will be made.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I plan on formulating a plan, a mission which will be what FIB is based around, called the FIB plan on a page, this is what the leadership team must be making decisions based off. This will make it very clear what we are pushing towards and what's unimportant. With a clear vision a clear plan will pan out.
We will be recruiting many into departments upon completion of training, response is a department but not a specialist department.
I need FIB agents as a specialist in something, no matter if it's shooting or recruiting, or anti corruption.
We'll have every department run by level headed individuals which don't make irrational decisions. We'll be aiming for the lowest turnover of staff possible, and will aim to retain every member leaving.
We'll be working with the DOJ on legal matters and we hope to assist them in many more warrant arrests, with the hope to establish a hunting team to find our most wanted.
We'll be running less of a police force and more of an FIB, we are superior and it's not for nothing.
I hope to restore respect in higher ranks and less jabber, it should have been done long ago.
Another potential vision is having Saturday as a bit of a rest day, and we'll let all agents drive any FIB cars, any uniform and engage in FIB activity, with the only restrictions is law and rules, but no FIB policy to prevent having fun, again this is still being looked into so unsure how it'll pan out.
Another issue that needs fixing is UC needs putting straight, we need actual UC work coming from UC and not just responding unmarked.
This will be enforced and will separate unmarked patrol from UC.
Covert vehicles are for unmarked response. Only vehicles not linked to FIB will be used for UC.
I also want to utilise the penal codes to the fullest, with the mission of hopefully completing multiple arrests on interesting charged promoting more use of RP and less robotic movement.
With that said and done, this is only a small part of the mission and as the plan pans out, we'll be implementing more chance.
