2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation.)
(i) I began RP with SAHP and held a high command position in NG for over two periods. For several terms, I served as HC for all legal organizations. I therefore possess a good deal of management and leadership expertise. With this experience, I am confident that I can lead NG to new heights.
(ii) Having worked for government organizations, I have seen firsthand every action carried out by the National Guard. I have an excellent team that will support me in making it active during my time there.
(iii) I am confident enough to recruit capable soldiers into the groups that will train me and assist me in running NG flawlessly if I get to the position of leader.I'll ensure that there is no favoritism during my term.
3. Your advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization.
(i) I want everyone to receive the rank they are due
(ii) I'll create an effective bonus system so that everyone enjoys working and serving.
(iii) If any citizens are available to serve the NG, I will assemble the best HR staff
(iv) I'll be holding a weak promotion ceremony because I want everyone to go above and beyond and demonstrate their hard work in RP
(v) If I can't be there at any moment, I'll recruit the greatest deputies who can manage the NG with ease
NG Departments
Air Force - They will be specialized in scouting the base as well as collecting info about the movements of criminal activities by air.
Black op's - They will be specialized in responding to hostage situation and store robberies etc.
Human Resources - They will be specialized in hiring and training the new comers.
Military Police - They will specialized in patrolling the base by ground vehicles and neglect any criminal activities in the gates itself.
