1.)Leadership Qualities: MY QUALITY IS I KNOW HOW TO MAINTAIN PEOPLES IN THE SERVER AND I CAN GATHER THE PEOPLES AMONG ME AND BE NICE WITH THEM HELPING OTHERS ARE LEADERSHIP QUALITY
2.)Making an Impact: I CAN MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE CITY BY HIRING THE PEOPLES AND MAKE THE GHETTO MORE CLAAPIING AND DOING STORE ROBRIES AND MAKE GLOBALS DOING CLANDS AND FZ
3) If i get the Families Term i will make sure to Respect all Server Rules and will make sure that not one of my gang members Break any Server Rules and will do more Store Robberies,Hostage Situations,Ghetto Clapping and Guns Store etc.
4) I Want to Become the leader of Ballas Families Because it is one of the Strongest Gang in Los Santos because of its location and its History in City and it Need a Good,Responsible and Strong Leader who Have Good Numbers to to Rule the Streets of Ghetto and City.
Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1. I WILL HELP THE NEW PLAYERS TO LEARN ABOUT THE RULES AND REGULATIONS IN THE SERVER AND HELP THE OTHER PLAYERS TO MAKE IT IN THE GANGS TELLING THEM ABOUT THE GANGS HOW IT WORKS
2. I WILL GET MORE PEOPLES IN GHETTO SO THAT THE MORE PEOPLES CAN COME IN THE CITY AND ENJOY THEIR RP LIFE
3.) NO TOXICITY IN THE SERVER AND AND HELP TO MAINTAIN THE HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT IN THE CITY SO THAT PLAYERS DO NOT FEEL BAD AND RESPECT THE GANGS AS WELL
4.)For good leadership, only capable individuals will be promoted to deputy positions in my term.
5) I Will Increase RP in Gang in way of like doing Store With Hostage and will do Full RP with Leos in Order to Increase RP and Fun in the Gang.
6 ) As i Say i will and Make Sure my Whole Gang Follows all Server Rules and if anyone in the Gang will Break the Rules he Will get Demoted or Blacklist From Gangs Directly Because i dont want Rule Breakers in my Gang Because of those Rules Breakers my Gang will Face Problems and will make our Fun Gang at Risk.
7) I Will Focus on Doing More Activities will not Lead a Dead Gang and will Do Higway Robberies will take Loes Hostage Will ROB Leos and will Make RP Fun.
8) I Will Big Bonuses to those People who Join Events Regularly and will be Loyal to the Gang.
9) I Want to Rule the HW also With Ghetto and will try my best to do that.
