2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Being part of EMS means you can change lives in critical moments. I want to lead because I have a strong urge to make sure people get fast good help during emergencies. Leadership will let me organize the team well and make a bigger impact in saving lives.
Skill to Guide and Inspire a Team Explanation: I like to coordinate and inspire people to work well together. As a leader i will teach new employees and ensure everyone follows the proper rules. This will build a Trustworthy and unbreakable EMS term.
EMS work needs speed, precision and a proper leadership. I want to bring organized plans better talk between all employees, and good use of resources to the department. Leadership gives me the chance to make processes better so that we can respond to emergencies very quicklyand properly.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
To improve the RolePlay level in EMS, I suggest focusing on the EMS new employees and teach them how to use proper role-play commands in emergencies situations to maintain a proper roleplay enviroment. I also would focus on collabaration with other legal organizations. Also i would take good care about the RP radio and make sure it is clean and claer to eveyone.
