i was on vacation and i see that i am banned from the server for Gen 1.1 which i don't know how i got this ban cause i hadn't shared my id or password with any other person and i have MFA( multi-factor authentication) in my id also .

i am sure that sir mistaken me by someone else, i am requesting that please recheck this.
And, I am ready for pc check or anything that can help process the application.
