could you please check if there might be a mistake regarding my ban?
I have been playing the game for over 3.5 years and have never done anything against the rules. During this time, I have invested a lot of time and effort into the game.
My last login was about two weeks ago, so the ban does not seem to be correct. It might be related to the fact that I bought my laptop second-hand from a colleague who also used to play Grand RP. I do not know whether he used cheats, but the device only had Steam and Rockstar Games installed when I got it, nothing else.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my case once more.
