Dear Sir, please believe me, this was only an unintentional mistake. I fully understand that the law does not protect the careless, but I genuinely did not notice the change in price. I sincerely ask for your forgiveness this time. This is the very first mistake I have made since I started playing, and I give you my word it will be the last.
