Approved Social club account still banned

Hello, I posted a forum about me getting banned for 1.1 and 1.4. Mazhor approved the forum post (Approved forum post) but my SC is still banned.
I was wondering if I have to wait a certain amout of time to get unbanned.
The social club that im (currently) using is REAL_QUATRO

I just changed my SC name from REAL_QUATRO to QuatroTheBandit
