Hello higher ups.
I received a ban on my account because I had 3 accounts, and I’m still new to the game.
I want to confirm that when I created a third account, I did not intend to break the rules. When I realized this, I submitted a ticket to the admins, and Adham replied telling me to submit a form about it. I submitted a form to the Technical team to remove the third account, but I don’t know why the Technical team removed the form. I just wanted to solve all the problems. Here is a screenshot showing it was written that I broke the rules by having a third account. I don’t want to access that account again to avoid breaking the rules in the future.
I assure you that I didn’t know about this matter, and I kindly ask you to reconsider this decision. I haven’t played any game other than this server, and now I’ve received a ban. I apologize for everything and just want to come back because I’m not ready and I can’t do anything else — I only play this game and have friends here. I have now read the server rules and I assure you I will be very careful not to break them again.
I agree to the money wipe.
Please reconsider this decision and give me a second chance.
