Hello,
Today I hopped on to play Grand and played a couple of events. At around 20:40, I tried to log in, and to my shock, it popped up saying "Blacklist." First off, I would like to begin with saying that I have never been issued a punishment on EN3; I have never been banned until today. I have only recently started playing EN3 actively in the last 3/4 weeks.
I have played Grand for many years and have never been perma-banned or blacklisted on any server to date. I would really love to know what this ban is about or whether a mistake has been made.
I have POVs saved from the 8th of August until today. I am more than happy to do a PC check to prove any innocence or clear up anything. Please, can an admin reach out to me with proof or any suspicion that led to this blacklist, as I am extremely confused.
