If you are new to the game I suggest joining a family from the hotel NPC and this allows you to socialize with people and they can help you get past the early stages of the game.

Also what I recommend is doing the starter quest nd setting up 2fa to get 7 days of free prime!

Once you are level 5 join LSPD or SAHP build experience or go to a gang

Get more experience on state or crime and eventually go to FIB and you need to grind orgs before you apply for leader
