Rejected Wrong Decision | Sle Azy

As can be seen in the Forum provided below, I had posted 2 IDs for several rulebreaks but it got rejected with the reason provided " Punishment Baiting " in this scenario I was given " UB Demands " to leave the area which I was doing, in such scenarios since its a game there obviously is some toxicity so there's exchange of abusive words from both sides yet it got considered as a bait. Secondly another thing is mentioned which confused me " POV only shows negative side " the POV I provided started right before I even first met those people at the situation so there was no positive side before it, there are 2 people continuously rulebreaking and RDMing, even after complying with demands I got shot. If I misunderstood something please clarify and please recheck.

In the 2nd given forum below an admin approved the fact that if 1 person is giving demand his friend cannot shoot randomly simply because " a friend gave demand " it is considered RDM so both players need to give demand, yet my forum got rejected though it had same scenario.

Hi, I spared my actual conclusion, which would have resulted in you being punished for Fail RP and receiving a warning for Fear RP as well. In your POV, whether or not you believe the demands were UB, that does not stop the RP. You remained for a few seconds while civilians had guns aimed at you, then chose to double back and reverse while two civilians were actively shooting at you.

Submitting a rule break doesn't make you immune to breaking the rules. I wanted to give a fair outcome instead of constantly punishing players. I had hope my description provided the insight of that but apparently not. We wait for outcome, take care.

Hello, as I mentioned earlier, with all due respect there should not have been 2 people shooting or aiming at the first place, it was 1 person who was giving demand to which I could have even responded by shooting him back myself (since its right before an event) but I chose to leave, on his 4th UB second of the demand you can see I was heading to my car to leave, then it takes a second to turn on engine and reverse the car, the reason of me reversing the car 2nd time was for the sake of informing them " I was leaving " so that there's no misunderstanding left but they chose to continue shooting me, this informing part was purely for the sake of RP. Even if he shoots me I can go for a split second and come back and shoot him since demands are already issued so I had the right of going back.

Not-offtopic, ID 371980 here. I had the same confusion, which was cleared by senior admin Zaid Pluxury. I faced a similar situation where one person gave me demands and another shot me, but Zaid rejected it by stating that since demands were given, it is allowed in this scenario. Just sharing this for clarity. The rest is up to the seniors. Have a good day, everyone!

POV. ID 486668 gave me demands and he has the reason to shoot me. But ID 487232 was not even there still he took shots on me.

No off-topic, as mentioned earlier in my 2nd Forum Link, the person who did not give demand got punished, it is not realistic to start shooting on the basis of a friend giving demands since we are not aware which 2 people are friends, this way if there are 4 friends not all 3 can start doing RDM, moreover in the forum which you've given you can see in the POV that even after receiving demands you hesitantly stayed there, did not get out of car and shot him back, went there back and forth to get shot yourself yet you did not get punished for FailRP nor FearRP, which is similar to this case please note that as well.
