2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 I want to become leader of LSPD because always i want to be leader of Law enforcement orgaization and want to serve as a Chief of police to citizens. I want city to be crime free and it should be safe for citizens.
2.2 I have got good experience by working in many Leo organization so i will use that experience in my leadership. I hosted 23 PR events in last SAHP term, that helped me to learn communication skills that will help me in running the leadership of lspd
2.3 I will give respect to all my employees no matter if they are junior command or high command because i believe only in team work. They will be given high bonus for their work so they can be motivate by doing their work. I will appoint a good COS of swat who will host training session for our employees to grow their shooting skills that will give them help in events and also there will be benefit of organization.
2.4 In my term there will be no corruption. Ranks will not be given freely. Ranks will be achieved by the hardwork and activity.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 I will appoint a good internal affairs team. I believe that to run a term, a good internal affair team is needed to see that everything internally going good. Internal affairs will do daily Background checks of our employees to see that everything is functioning well. They will do trunk inspections, license checkups and logs check of every employee. I will not bare any corruption in that department, so i will handle this department very carefully in my term.
3.2 There will be good Heads of swat department, they will conduct training session in daily routine to improve skill of our troopers that will help them in events. We also try to do collab with other organizations like SAHP, GOV, NG and FIB to enhance roleplay
3.3 I will make sure that some units should be on city patrol to give fines to people who are overspeeding and tow cars which are abandoned or illegally parked.
3.4 TE department is one of the crucial department for lspd. I will keep good bonus for this department for good activity in this.
