I was at NG base with my gang ( Bloods ) and we were killing NGs, Doing ATM robberies, stealing their trucks inside their base and then we stood at Main Barracks for sometime and we were waiting for them to come out and then kill them so one of them got out and then I shot at him cause he was outside green-zone and then while were shooting he ran inside which isn't my issue also as far as I know if he was inside green-zone, I wont be able to damage him even.

Also as I know NG base is KOS area so I can shoot them whenever I want, Thanks for considering my appeal !
