2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- It's almost been 8 to 9 months i have been in Lifeinvader, started from ADs Intern to all together promoted to high command and now serving as Deputy Director Of ADs. I have experienced Li in En1 from 8 months and in that time i have learned alot of things by being a non high command as well as high command and now i think i am ready to lead this organization as Leader. Currently Lifeinvader have 3 main departments. ADs Department, News Department and Events Department and i have gone through all of these department and got enough understanding to lead and manage it. By Becoming Leader of LifeInvader i will assure that all departments run smoothly and it remains most prominent organization in the server.
- Secondly, Lifeinvader is now more than an organization for me, and now i want to make Lifeinvader more exciting and reach its new limits and increase its RolePlay impact over the city. I have worked hard in the previous terms by making this organization better and better and now want to continue this by leading this organization as CEO.
- Lastly, LifeInvader is mostly admired for its services as well as its events. I will make sure to host and organize unique and fun events everyday. Moreover, by publishing news articles and interviews i will keep the citizens updated about the things happening in city on daily bases, making sure the most important thing to keep the ads board clear every time day and night both and last but not the least, making the client comfortable and satisfied with their services, handling tickets with professionalism and maintaining a good profile of the organization.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- ADs Department: ADs Department which has the most important role in organization that works 24/7 day and night which is responsible for editing and publishing citizen's AD. I will make sure that the pda doesnot overflow at any time and hire more employees for night shift to keep the board clear as well as focus on reducing the incorrect ads being published. Also by promoting the active and hard working employees.
- News Department: News Department plays a major role in updating the citizens of city about what is happening around them. I will hire the best of news reporters for producing the best and interesting articles about the things happening in the city and keep the citizens amazed with the articles.
- Events Department: Events Department has a specific role of engaging people with each other by hosting unique and fun events. Being leader i will assure that everyday new and exciting events are carried out that will encourage more people to participate in our events, help the citizens to enjoy and win prizes.
- HIA Department: In the recent term, the human resource and internal affairs department were merged together and called as HIA department, in this i will opt the best DHOD and HOD for this department for hiring new trainees for each department and keeping a clear background of the overall organization.
- Ticket Services: Ticket services plays a critical role in going with the services of the client. I will ensure that we have enough well trained managers to handle the tickets in both day and night shift proficiently. Providing the best of services to the client and making them happy and satisfied with their services and choose Lifeinvader again for services in future. This will keep the organization balance stabilize and allowing to increase the funding in each department.
- Promotion: Every week, hard working and efficient employees will be promoted allowing them to give out more to this organization and eradicate favoritism.
