Hello,
I would like to appeal the ban placed on my account. The video that was used as evidence against me is misleading. In the video, I was only asking another player whether they had done the mentioned action or not. However, it is being presented as if I was the one actually doing it.
I want to clarify that I did not perform the action I am accused of, and there is no real proof that I did. I believe this misunderstanding has unfairly resulted in my ban. I have spent years playing and supporting this game, and I would never risk my account or reputation for such a thing.
I kindly ask you to review the case again and reconsider the ban.
