The organization that is conducting the event: Government
Event details: Recent intelligence from the Criminal Investigation Division (CID) has uncovered the existence of a Kingpin, a powerful figure orchestrating a secret criminal syndicate composed of members from multiple gangs across Los Santos. This syndicate has been identified as the driving force behind the surge in violent crimes, drug distribution, and planned terrorist activities in the heart of the city. The Kingpin’s influence extends across Ballas, Vagos, Families, Bloods, Bunta and other organized groups, consolidating them into one coordinated threat. The Kingpin and his syndicate have convened at a secret meeting point in Los Santos to finalize plans for a large-scale terrorist act., During this gathering, they have captured members of the CID and the FIB Director, locking them inside a shipping container rigged with an IED bomb. Negotiations between Government Officials, DOJ, and Law Enforcement (LEOs) begin with the Kingpin, offering the syndicate an opportunity to surrender peacefully by handing over the Kingpin. Simultaneously, An undercover agent receives orders to recover the IED diffuser device from the NG Bunker and execute a covert operation to defuse the bomb.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
LEOs: They need to coordinate with each other, make sure to save the hostages by either peaceful resolutions by asking the syndicate to surrender the Kingpin and go without any bloodshed or through a full scale combat or helping NG diffuse the bomb while LEOs try to grab their attention. Their main priority is to save the hostage and to secure the Kingpin. 4 people from each org.
Gangs: They have to make sure that the hostages and their Kingpin is secured. If they are outnumbered or forced, they can either give up the kingpin and save their lives or fight back against the LEOs to protect their kingppin. 4 people from each org.
Other organizations involved:
EMS: Can help patch after the gunfight to secure the hostage but cannot patch during the gunfight.
Vehicles/weapons needed:
Weapons for both LEOs and GANGS: 1 UZI 300 ammo
Admin Requirements: Setup a shipping container where we can put the hostage with barrels of c4 of bombs.
Rules of the event:
No Patching / No Healing During Gunfight
No use of personal wepons.
No juices or using of Drugs.
No org armour or org weapons.
Hostages may not be executed.
Negotiation is allowed and can resolve without bloodshed if Kingpin is surrendered.
How is the event won?
LEOs: If the LEOs capture the Kingpin and save the hostages.
GANGS: If the LEOs are dead or the Kingpin escapes.
Prize for the winner: $500,000
