As I understand it, I have been penalized because of my surname.
When Turks read my surname, it can have a slightly sexual connotation. First of all, I apologize to everyone for this and I am very sorry.
I promise not to do anything like this again.
I truly enjoy playing Grand, but I cannot play the game because my main account has been banned. My request to you, the valued administrators, is to lift the ban so that I can play the game as well.
If something like this happens again, such as my name having a sexual connotation, I am willing to accept a 30-day ban instead of 14 days.
