nicolas was born in a village near san andreas . his mother was a doctor and father worked for san andreas highway Patrol. his father was dead in a car crash during a misson. his mother wanted him to chose his father path so when he turned 18 he joined san andreas highway patrol .
at the first nicolas work hard and gained respects from seniors but after some time he started geting knowledge about the dark side of sahp. he saw how broken the system was rich and powerful peoples easily escape from jail while honest officer investigate and struggle their whole life in casefiles . nicolas started losing his faith in law .
he began taking small bribes , money , guns etc . but after some years he understood its the way to become rich while staying in legal org so he started leaking information to gang leaders for money. Gang leaders gave him a name (( The captain )).
Carrer Story:-
nicolas joined Sahp As trainee after completing his training he got promoted to a tropper . he was a fast learner. days passing he was also becoming more professional . he was doing daily patroling attending check points etc . he was brave and smart and senior officer started to notice himl after some years he got promoted to sergeant for hardwork . then he tooked his job more seriously and gained ranked easily after a year he became head of highway patrol for his bravery and hardwork but after some days things was changed he started noticing how system was unfair . mafias and their member escaping situation by the help corrupt cops and honest cops are giving all their life to cacth them . so he made a big decision to work with gangs . he started creating a whole network with mafias and gang members and named the network as ((bark net)) where everyone know him as (( the captain)) . nicolas never tooked bribes direclty he always tooked guns , cars or cash . now nicolas is in chief of hwp . he still wear the uniform and the badge but he plays both sides He says he protects the people but only the ones he chooses. The system didn't change him. He changed the system.
Outcomes:
1. nicolas can take bribes (upto 100k and ask for guns, ammo and illegal items) and rob pickpocket
