Life Story:
Eirenen was born in Brazil.He grew up on the dirty streets of Brazil.He was inclined towards black businesses because he lived in a favela and his father was involved in bad business.
When his father was kidnapped and executed by a mafia, Eirenen wanted to become a police officer and find them, but there was a problem.Even the police couldn't find this mafia and Eirenen turned to dark business while he was a police officer.
Eirene's only purpose was to use state authority and avenge her father.Eirenen quickly climbed the police ranks,Because he knew about shady business, he used state authority to rise in the police force.
and after reaching the rank he wanted, he continued his father's cause, unaware that no one would start anymore.He used his police identity to hide his dirty work and eventually finished off the mafia.
Eirenen had now declared war not against criminals but against the state Because He thought there was no justice.
Career Story:
Eirene started his law enforcement career as SAHP Trooper 1. He transferred to the Homicide Bureau after his father tragically died.
As time went on, operations grew, and Eirene built up a wealth of experience with cases related to drug abuse. His experience in the area made him wish to go into the DEA or something of the sort. On account of his having been engaged in police work, the Sheriff took him, and made him a Captain.
But steady pressure from his superiors started to wear on him. Finally unable to take any more, Eirene managed to join drug cartels and became one of theirs by feeding them information. Learning valuable data he quickly moved up the ranks in the DEA through the use of his knowledge, to when he eventually looked after the agency itself.
Outcomes:
1- Eirenen can frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do. (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
2- Eirenen is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
3- Eirenen may take bribes (100k or illegal items).
4- Eirenen can add or remove people in wanted list, remove previous reasons for being arrested, give fines or arrest anyone that he wants and can suggest them to give him bribes such as money or their guns to get free. ( with proper RP and IC reason to arrest no MG )
5- Eirenen can break IC Laws and able to use his position in SAHP
6- Eirenen is able to trade/sell his kidnapped officers and his 10-15s to gangs
7-Eirenen can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
8- Eirenen can lie about requesting a lawyer to a 10-15 and instead process them, as well as not show his ID to conceal his identity.
9- Eirenen, when arresting/letting go a suspect, is able to take all legal/illegal weapons instead of confiscating them.
10-Eirenen can leak information to criminals in exchange for money.
Eirenen can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save his friends, family members or to save some citizens that he feels sad for them. ( no targeting or PG)
