SAHP was doing a Hood watch with NG and NG opened fire we were there to support NG following there lead in the situation as seen in footage. we had been in multiple fire fights during this patrol and were unable to provide medical no longer had med kits. as far as why we did not arrested anyone it is not Protocol to arrest during ghetto patrols and hood watch .
