2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation.)

1.After serving as a high command with LSPD, FIB, and SAHP, it's time to apply my comprehensive experience to EMS, the city's most significant legal organization. Pandemic and chaos could spread throughout the city if EMS is not operational and technically sound.

2.Under my Leadership, EMS shall not getting the conflicts of weak management . Handsome paychecks and timely bonuses will be served to the most eligible employees. To overcome the conflicts caused by inadequate management, EMS will be bringing in highly qualified surgeons, physicians, FTOs, and managing staff. And i conclude once again, the most qualified workers will receive attractive paychecks and prompt bonuses.

3. EMS will be three times as active in the city as it is now if I am given leadership. Medical supplies will be provided frequently to all citizens and legal organizations in order to handle any mishaps, both minor and major.

3. Your advice for improving the Role-player in the organization

1. I will regularize the Professional Medical RP and Organizational Code of Conduct (radio codes and logs) to emphasize professionalism and mannerism.


2. I will make a board of management to review the frequency of employees' productivity, and if they are working proficiently, promotion is inevitable. If employees have any issues, this board will resolve their issues . Proper training and surprise checking will make EMS more alert and attentive.


3. I will hire a professional DA to establish a legal advisory division for EMS to sort out any legal misconduct on the EMS premises or by employees.


4. Premium bonuses will be rewarded to those EMS employees who are attending Subs, ACC, and store robberies.


5. I believe everyone has a unique way of expressing themselves; i will allow employees to express themselves.

6. I will arrange a meeting with the board of directors to discuss new improvements and insights in EMS arrangements a minimum of each week.

7. No misconduct will be accepted in any manner.

8. I will make sure that each activity will be handled in a statement style and thoughtfully set an inspirational example to others.
