ID 461135 was blacklisted last term for submitting fake rank proofs and rank chasing under the name Rage Hill (Ex admin) . He requested removal this term in sahp discord, but I declined as I also witnessed him continuing rank chasing. After refusal, he sent me inappropriate messages and abusive language, including insults toward parents in dms
