1. Leader Of Los Santos Police Department

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1 Over the course of my tenure in this city, I have seen the LSPD experience both triumphs and setbacks, term after term. My goal is to encourage a better understanding of roleplay in the LSPD and the community. There will be observable benefits for both communities and law enforcement, whether it's increased presence at night or a more professional attitude in every interaction.

Officers have acted rudely toward people in the past, and I'm determined to put an end to it. My main objective is to create a department that the community can trust and respect, one that consistently meets and raises the benchmark.

2.2 Favoritism will not be accepted by my organization. No rank should be awarded based on family ties or connections; rather, it should be earned via dedication, professionalism, and consistent effort. Since leadership positions come with responsibilities, I only select people who have proven their ability by previous employment or diligence that I have personally observed.

If there are any signs of bias, my deputies and I will look into it thoroughly. Either both parties will be fired from the department or they will be placed under observation. These are the two likely outcomes. The first step in developing a fair, well-organized, and trustworthy LSPD is to hold everyone equally accountable.

2.3 One of my primary objectives is to assemble the most capable and dedicated HRT team possible. HRT plays a vital role in any department, managing everything from hiring to training, and ensuring that all new officers uphold the professionalism and standards demanded by the LSPD. I understand what it's like to begin anew.

To preserve transparency and combat corruption, Internal Affairs will remain an essential and active component. Everyone is subject to the law. Anyone found to be engaging in corrupt activities shall face the appropriate disciplinary punishment in accordance with the law and LSPD policy. Accountability, integrity, and unity shall define our department under my leadership.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization

3.1 I've always tried to include EMS in some way, and because it will increase the RP, I plan to do so again. After hostage situations, we either transport the prisoners to EMS or we just perform weekly health examinations.

3.2 S.W.A.T: I plan to have them take part in joint trainings with other companies to broaden our skill set. I'll also ask them to work together with other groups to ensure we have the greatest plans for every situation.

3.3 I want LI to be a part of my organization as well, even though I don't see it done very often. I believe that more information about the duties and operations of LEOs should be available to this city. Why not let LI in to see Leo's from a different angle? This will give me a lot more role-playing that I would really like to apply and see even after my terms are up, since everything you see on the news is the outcome of what has happened.

3.4 In addition to taking part in a variety of inter-organizational events, including the most rows in a week, PR will be essential to fostering relationships with the city's citizens.

3.5 I will have a towie on the streets all day to keep them clean. The RP experience will be more interesting if sanctions are applied and cars that are parked illegally are removed.
