These three players are killing everyone randomly on road

this is the situation happened :
me and my friend roaming around the city for fun, then these guys showed up and started car ramming my friend, to save him i hit them once with my car, and then they started shooting and killing us.
and the guy after killing me says
"AUKAT ME RAHIYO BHAI, 2 LAKH WALE ID HE"
he is clearly speaking OOC in IC situation
and since when players are getting discriminated by their IDs ????
and at last his friend (170799) agreed that they are doing RDM and says "DONT REVIVE HIM ITS RDM". as in the proof.
