Life Story : Steven Arthur Haines, son of Richard Thomas Haines was born in 1983 at Liberty City, NYC, United States. In the middle of 1980s the city was drowning in crime corruption and decay. Steve's father Richard T. Haines was the Secret Agent of IAA (Intelligence wings of US Army). Agent Haines was leading a secretive operation to prevent Russian invasion in US at that time period and was officially posted in Liberty City for monitoring the movements of Russian invaders. Agent Haines almost caught the leader of the mafia called 'Petrovic Family' and was about to bring him to the judicial system. But unfortunately the government of United States denied that agent Richard Haines was actually working under the IAA and terminated his contract also marking him as an ex-communicator. Steve's father made some enemy of from the department by revealing their true colours an exposing their corruption. Some of them framed agent Richard by the power of corruption so they can carry on their dirty works. Some days goes by and Richard got arrested by his own department and the script men killed him in the process to clear their path. Tragedy occurs in steve's life when he heard the sad news. He was determined to take revenge on everyone for murdered his father. So he started his journey to be a police officer just like his father and after some years he joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) and move in to Los Santos California.
Career Story : In the states of San Andreas Los Santos was no different from Liberty City. Crime rates going higher as everyday goes by. Steve Haines was always determined with his future that he want to be a good police officer and want to serve his country for greater good. But things went differently in The Los Santos. At the first month of Steve's career everything went fine and Steve did a great job working and solving too many criminal cases earning his rank as US Marshall in the SAHP. Sheriff River White was very much impressed on his work and always expected something good from Steve. But after a month things started to getting thrilling when local gang boss called Big Smoke showed up at Steve's apartment proposing him with the very good business venture in exchange of good money. The deal was very simple, whenever there gang members are getting caught by the police then Steve have to step up and release them in exchange for money and other facilities. At first Steve was confused making the right decision so he said yes to the gang Boss after some weeks Steve started to love the side hustle and became more greedy for money and power. Once a good man is now going through the darkness. Then Steve started to do things his way for his own gain and also was not detected by the Internal Affairs at all. Steve started to pull off various illegal works like freeing the suspect from the crime scene also inmates from the jail, sometimes even triggered riots in jail just for fun, also he was robning and killing people in ghetto or in the highway, dealing with black market to sell or purchase illegal items and weapons while hiding his identity. Steve started to arrest people even law enforcement officers and asking for bribes to free them. Even he started to sell information to the criminals in exchange of money. His life was going very good and his ambitions were faded away in the darkness of corruption in the process.
Outcome:
1. Steve can ask for bribes (either cash or guns/ammo/illegal stuff worth upto 100K maximum) also can pickpocket the victim.
2. Steve can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification while covering his face.
3. Steve can help suspects escape jail (darknet) or from custody.
4. Steve is able To Sell or Buy legal/illegal weapons and Items from the Blackmarket. (Not ORG weapons)
5. Steve can smash and break bodycams. (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam). (2x per situation)
