On consideration PG + G.R. 6.2 + Fear RP | 163862

I detained the suspect (163862) during a Store Robbery event. There was no other way to bring him down from the roof, so I uncuffed him and ordered him to go downstairs while pointing my weapon at him. Instead of complying, he started running around, which is a clear Failure to show Fear RP. After that, he jumped from the roof, which is clearly Power Gaming (PG). Finally, he committed Combat Logging (CL) as per G.R. 6.2.
He should be punished for Fear RP, PG, and G.R. 6.2 violations, as clearly shown in the attached video evidence.
