Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report
ID 134484 will receive a punishment for Gen Rule 6.15 and CR
(When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them + Using a vehicle to crash into other vehicles is prohibited.)
However
Thread owner ID 141680 will be punished for MG
(Communicating IC things through Discord is prohibited)
