1. Why do you want to become an Assistant Admin?
Honestly, it’s because I really care about this city and the community here. I’ve had some fantastic moments and met great people, and I’ve also seen times where things got frustrating for players. I want to be one of the people who helps make more of those good moments happen. I enjoy helping new players get settled in, and I think I'd be good at stepping in to help sort things out when people are having a bad time. I just want to do my part to keep the city a fun and fair place to be.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
I've spent a good amount of time in different whitelisted jobs, so I’ve seen how the city works from a lot of different perspectives. My main roles were:
FIB: I was with them for two terms, worked my way up to ELITE AGENT, and was in HRT department
Government: Did one term as a USSS Agent.
SAHP: Spent one term as a Trooper.
LSPD: I was with the LSPD for one term as well.
EMS: Spent one term as medical student.
3. What are your strengths?
My day job is basically customer support and management, so I've gotten pretty good at dealing with tough situations. I know how to keep a level head when things get stressful, and I’m used to a fast pace. Most importantly, I always try to hear everybody out before I make a call. I think it's crucial to get the full story.
4. What are your weaknesses?
I'll admit I can sometimes get stuck in the weeds on things. I like to be thorough and make sure I have all the facts, but I've learned that a quick, fair decision is often better than a perfect one that takes too long. I’m also someone who naturally wants to see the best in people, which can sometimes make it hard to lay down the law. But I understand that being a good admin means being firm when you need to be to protect the community overall.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant?
I pick things up fast, so you won't have to spend a lot of time showing me the ropes. I'm pretty adaptable—I’ve seen a lot during my time in the city, so I don't get flustered easily and can handle whatever's thrown at me. I think my ability to dig into a situation and figure out what really happened would be a big help to the team.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
Nope, nothing going on that would get in the way. I'm all good to be active.
