I was removed from the SAHP Organization and sent to Demorgan for “Fear RP.” To my understanding, this was a misjudgment. I have already served my time and removed my warning, as I am a Prime Platinum holder. However, I was informed by Admin Tyrell Johnson that I cannot return to work for 10 days. When I asked which server rule this restriction was based on, he was unable to provide an answer.
Rule Concerns
• General Rule 6.16: During a robbery of a person, armored car, or transport, there must be at least 2 cars and 4 persons together to stop and rob. This requirement was not met. The opposing group arrived in 4 separate cars, with no one riding together.
• Ghetto Rule 1.7: All gang members must wear both a top and pants in their gang’s color. This was not followed. In my POV, one of the armed suspects was wearing black shorts with green and pink markings, while others wore purple to represent the Ballas gang. Because of this inconsistency, I was unable to confirm that all parties involved were Ballas members.
Engagement Context
This mission was in support of NG. Neither I nor my troopers initiated gunfire. we only returned fire after NG engaged the suspects.
For these reasons, I believe the punishment and work restriction were not applied correctly, and I respectfully request a review of this case.
