2.Why do you want to be a leader of this particular organization?
I have been in Various Illegal Activities Like 24/7 Robbery, Gun Store Robbery, Subs, ACC, Bank Robbery, ect. I have been through all those events that's why I know how they work. I have been High Command in Leos aswell as Gangs
I have noticed a Lot of Leaders getting Disbanded before Their Term is Over and There are a Lot of Errors that they commit so I will do my best to make no Errors in My Term and Try To Complete It will No Warnings
I want to gain experience as a Leader and I possess Some Qualities That a Leader must possess In Him to become a Successful Leader.
3. Your suggestions for enhancing Role Play in the organization.
No toxicity will ever exist in the organization.
Only players who know RP and gang rules will be able to join Ballas
Really Good Activity by including events of every Time Zone as I will keep all deputies of various timezones to cover all events
The Ballas will create supremacy in the ghetto
Hostage situations and all other gang activities will be done on regular basis.
I will have A Strict Strike System so there will be No Toxicity and Rule Breaks In The Organization
I will Try to do 100% Turf In My Term
